Exact requirements for shipping a cat

It is our understanding that the requirements for importing a cat have changed and we need to bring one over. Does anyone know exactly what we need to do/papers with blue stamps to get/all sorts of necessaries and requirements?

Arrival late september or early october-ish (Insh LOL)
