Hi folks,

I was asked to submit my payslip and a scan of my passport 3 weeks ago. My family passports have all expired and require renewal, my question is should I renew my family passports now or should I wait for an offer first? Are family passports required to accept an offer? I don’t want to invest on renewing 6 passports (wife and 5 kids) if there is no offer!. It is going to cost me a bit.

I don't think you need to have your family's passport renewed before your offer. Plus it is my understanding that Aramco usually pays for passport renewal fees. Once you have received the offer, you can work with your relocation advisor regarding passport renewal etc. Usually you pay out of your pocket and than get reimbursed.

-- No, they are very expensive and Aramco will reimburse once an offer is accepted and you are on your way.
