Hi,
I would like to find out what is the current practice of KSA for visa stamp on passport?
I have a situation where court may ask to submit information on passport. I do not want court know that I am working in KSA. I will inform court that my new wife is working and I will be going to support her in her new job as a family. I will be looking forward to find work, when I found the work, I will inform court about my work and start paying my dues to my Ex. I have plan to deposit my earning in a swiss bank in Canadian $, so local courts do not have access to information on my earning. Canadian Govt do not need to know my income as I will be filing NR73 form as a non resident canadian. Cheers

It sounds to me as if what you're planning could very well amount to perjury - which might turn out be be a very costly business if you got caught.
If you're talking about exit and entry stamps, with the new paper visas they don't always put a stamp in your passport, or sometimes they stamp the paper visa which can be detached from the passport. On the other hand, they might choose to put a stamp in your passport and there would be no way to prevent that.
But even though you might possibly luck out and not get any exit/entry stamps in your passport, if you get a job here on a residence permit (which would be the case if you join Aramco) your residence information is always entered into your passport - so there is no way you could disguise the fact that you're working in Saudi Arabia.

KKHKS,
What you are proposing would amount to fraud, not mere perjury as GroveWanderer advised. Aramco does a fairly thorough background check and any legal matters would be brought to their attention, including any amounts related to alimony, support, or other court actions. You will also find that your passport will have a Saudi entry visa in it and it will be stamped; this is completely unavoidable and would be required for any entry/exit relating to Saudi Arabia. You will also find there is some disclosure of information between the Canadian and Saudi governments which may have very serious repercussions should you get caught.

I think you have to have a bank account in Canada as well for deposits. Aramco does not allow you to direct deposit money just anywhere.

You will definitely have a stamp in your passport. Paper visas are just exit/reentry.

I suggest keeping everything above board, and honor your financial obligations to your ex from the start.
What you are suggesting could result in prosecution, loss of a great job opportunity, and loss of your new wife.

It is a legal requirement to let the Canadian Government know your situation as it is clearly expressed under T4131, T4056, T4058.
You're clearly stating your intention of concealment. Won't get any help from me or any other honorable Canadian.
