Hi there,
Can anyone share experience about doing own shipment arrangements? I am planning to ship (via UPS, DHL etc.) my LED TV. On which customs I will be delivered in KSA (I will be in Ras Tanura)? And how much will it cost to me at customs (except for shipment cost, I know it) and is it a too difficult to deal with custom procedures for such small, non-trade thing.

Hi. Why do you want to pass thru that pain of shipping a TV. You can sell that TV and get a better one here.it does not worth it

evmar I had the same question as you. My TV is worth over $1000 but when I try to sell it, buyers don't want to pay over $500 for a used TV. So I was thinking to ship it as well. Shipping cost may be around $225 - $300 by air. I am curious about any customs and complexity of processes in KSA. Anyone has any experience, please share.

I don't see anything wrong in this post and I think it shouldn't be deleted. Many people like me who are taking cash in lieu option would definitely have few things they want to ship via a courier service or other means and I am pretty sure someone would have some experience of that which if they share would help for many others. For example I bought a 3D smart TV for my kids just few months before and if a company can ship it to KSA for 300$, I think it's not a bad deal.
