I have three questions 1. Is there a minimum credit score required to pass the background check 2. Can you get rejected for old parking tickets (not dui) 3. If you have a felony on your record 15 years old (shoplifting) can you still get a visa?

Those types of issues will be looked at on an individual basis. Sorry, no one can tell you if they will be a problem or not.

I agree with VPainter.
For example, in the US you lose points on your credit score if you pay off your credit card balance every month. You also lose points if you don't have a lot of debt. We don't have control over the scoring criteria, so it's appropriate for companies to assess individually.
I would also suggest running a copy of your credit report to ensure you don't have any delinquent debt. That's about all you can do proactively.

Those items will show on your records during background check. You will most likely get an email from the investigator asking you to explain. You may not though. There are no set criteria that are known. The felony may be an obstacle though
