This forum is great places to explore much of the required information even before joining this legendry company. The moderators are exceptionally doing great to orient and guide members desperate for hand of hope and assistance. My relocation advisor told me that the consulate has returned my passport and have asked for transcript of the major degree that secured me position in wait. I am little worried as after been coming this long , thich is disturbing for a new entrant like me, anyway , I have dispatched my transcript and looking forward for the good news to come. Let me make it clear that though I have master in business administration but my relevant experience has counted allot for bringing me to this stage. My question is, if it is normal that visa stamping is refused in the first place? What are the chances that it will go smooth? In case it is rejected ( Pure Bad luck!), what assistance can be sought form concerned stake holders in Aramco? I will be grateful for any assistance in this regard.

In all these years I have only heard of one on the forum whose visa was rejected first time. Aramco changed the le to match the education and visa was granted.

My visa was also rejected. Because the needed an attested copy of my degree since my degree is a foreign degree. I had to risk losing the original copy of my Bachelors, DHL it to an Aramco agent overseas. Its in the process of attestation now. I will then apply for visa immediately i got it back.
This aramco stuff is really stressing me, I presently have a good job.........I guess its human nature we want the best.

I did have 2 degree, one from my home country, and the other one from the UK. Aramco did request me to certify my home country degree before any contingency clearance is given. it has been since 2 months that I'm waiting for the degree certification back home. fortunately for me, Aramco came back, and accepted my UK degree, and give me clearance. I'm really thankful as its very lengthy process to get my home degree certified back home.

johnnyemman,
was that UK Embassy who refused your visa?
I had foreign degree, and had to go some extra steps.

For US/Canandian applicants if they hold degree from another country, then that degree has to be attested in that country and stamped by Saudi Consulate in that country. This apparently is a new procedure so don't panic.
