Dear Forumers,
I am new and have read some posts but still not 100% clear to me is NOC matter. While my current HR explains that NOC is not required anymore based on Saudi Labor Law and that exit/release paper is enough upon final exit, does Aramco requires it as strict rule. I mean, "No NOC, no processing"?
Thanks in advance.
Regards

Clarification should come from your recruiter, not this forum of unofficial voices.

Thanks for the replies. Actually I posted this inquiry before aramco HR directly contacted me. Anyway it seems the old rule is still being implemented by Aramco HR recruitment even if you will go for final exit. I don't understand why they require something which was removed from the saudi labor law. The worst thing is you won't see the offer before the NOC. SO if you resign to get the NOC, then once offer is received the bargaining power is reduced and maybe too late to regret. I just wish Aramco HR realizes they are outdated and adjust.
Follow up question, normally, based on the submitted payslips, what increment on the figures we should expect? Please note i'm asian.

Hi Yes my friend ,the issue not even that you will be hired if you get the NOC at Aramco ! they will extend the conditional offer, which mean the offer will depend in many terms for Aramco ,in case you will fullfill and Aramco is satisfied then you will be hired ,means that after you resign and get the NOC still you are not hired ,therefore ,you need to have very good relation with your supponser to convince him that its a try only if Aramco it will be real resignation if no ,I am yours best of luck
