Have seen post where people talk about a relocation guide? Does anyone have a pdf copy of the Reolocation guide. I have not been given one by my Indian agent.

Relocation guides are payroll specfic. Your payroll may not have a relocation guide. Ask your recruiter.
It is not on a PDF.

Hi,
After 3 months wait. I got my Offer today.Before I sign it, I have few questions. I hope to get the answer in this forum. I will appreciate the response and would like to get it as soon as possible.
1.I am offered G12 grade but it does not mention the education assistance for my children(age: 14,12 & 9), I want to know if I have to discuss this with the recruiter or is it automatically provided?
2. Also is in the offer there is no mention of relocation assistance, please let me know is this not usually included in the offer.
I thank you in advance for the help.

Each payroll is different. Definitely get clarification from your recruiter. Ours was listed in the offer, but we had children already eligible for EAP at the time of the offer.
Usually there is cash in lieu of shipping or Aramco ships your personal effects. Clarify with your recruiter which you are eligible for or if you get to choose one.
Usually GC 12, EAP is provided for children once they reach grade 10. Prior to that, they do not qualify for it as yet, so probably would not be listed in your offer.
If you want your kids to go somewhere besides the Aramco American Curriculum schools, ex: you could get approval for the British School if you're British and want the kids to continue on the British curriculum.

Thank you for your prompt response. I will get clarification from the recruiter. I am from Canada. To your response regarding the Education assistance, does it mean my children who are going to be in Grade 5 and 7 will study free in Aramco School at Ras tanura where I am getting posted? Please clarify. Thanks and regards.

If your children go to the RT Aramco school it is free to resident's children. Those who are from the UK or Europe whose children are in a British curriculum school and they still want them to attend a British School, Aramco will help them do so.
Children do not get paid to attend school. EAP provides Tuition assistance for those in grades 10 - 12 and for those children in the British System for K-9. Once on EAP, if the children are out of the Kingdom for grades 10 - 12, then Aramco gives them round trip tickets home from their school each year, instead of the Repat Vacation money they were getting when they were in kingdom.
