Hi all, I just got the offer and have some questions ? First of all what is Commodities & Services Allowance & Expatriate premium? I got an offer under GBP payroll but only base salary , overbase and annual benefits, is that normal? why i don't have Expatriate premium & Commodities & Services Allowance which i saw that in ARMCO website under salary ?
I heard also that ARAMCO provide support on food where u can claim your spent , is that right ?
I am asian nationality.

You should ask this question of your hiring agent; they will have the details. I would suggest you use a different communication tact then you used in your previous post when talking to them.

It's a difficult time and you have a lot of questions - but try to remember plenty of people have made the move and been happy. I'm on the GBP payroll and the offer will include base, overbase and annual benefits - I have no idea what the other things are (and I've never needed to find out) Remember that your offer will be tax free - this is a huge difference on what you probably have at the moment. Fuel is around 10p a litre. You can receive additional payments for accommodation & food but this is only usually if you are away on a business trip from you regular environment. Since joining Aramco, there has been regular increases and bonuses for a variety of reasons

Expatriate premium & Commodities & Services Allowance is for the USD Payroll. For Sterling payroll the same thing is called the Overbase.

Just going back to one of the questions in your original post - the company does not reimburse you for food unless you are on a business trip. If you are in a normal office job at one of the main company operating areas performing your regular duties at your assigned work location, there is no food allowance.
