Hi everyone! I am every excited on the prospect of working for Saudi Aramco. I have some questions to ask about working here, epecially interested in the nursing aspect. I will be working in Dharhan. How long is the process from offer to actuall getting into Saudi. Also, how is the ability to move up in the company as far as educational opportunities? Looking forward to getting feedback!

Congratulations on your offer.
Aramco is not a company you just move up in like you would in the U.S. If positions come available you could apply for those positions as they are available.
They do however reimburse education expenses that have been put in for approval from your department head, reimbursement comes after the course work is completed and additional paperwork turned in.
Please do a search on the forum for "timeline" and you can read all about the timelines for coming to work for Aramco from many new hires.
