Sure, it does. Our vet even indicated the expiration date on the certificate.

We recently (June 2013) brought our cat in-cabin. We followed the procedures in the aramco relocation guide and had no problem. The USDA Aphis form and the letter from the vet required certification/authentication from the US Dept of State AND the Saudi Embassy. This usually takes more than 30 days to procure. Once you have your airline tickets and you are certain on travel date, go back to the vet to get a second aphis form signed by the vet. This one does not require certification, etc. It is an airline requirement to make sure the animal is still safe to fly. We took our cat to the vet 3 days before lift-off for the final form. Feel free to message if you have any questions.

We used Boomerang as an agent to import our pet from Canada. Everything went smooth along with the stop over in Amsterdam. The funny part was seeing a large dog kennel come up onto the luggage carousel. Yes, she came with the luggage! An agent is useful if you do not have time.

o,
1. Does anyone know how easy it is to find food mix for small pets, particularly dwarf hamsters?
2. Do you know if the local vet is familiar with small animals?
Thank you very much ~

Just a note, each family is allowed two pets. If you have more than two you will need to find someone to sponsor the other(s).
Sent you an email for a pet contact.
