Has anyone been having trouble with Aramex lately, such as delivery within DH camp?

I usually call the delivery guy directly if he is unable to deliver it to the office. He made the trip to the house during lunch, no problem.

We'll be in Abqaiq in 2 short months and looking forward to it. I was just wondering...what's Aramex?

Aramex is the delivery company which gives us Mailboxes in the US/UK/China/UAE/Turkey which allows most of us to buy items from there using the local addresses. Aramex will then forward the items to your house/office in Aramco

So just to clarify, is Aramex for our family members who are in the States able to send packages to us in KSA or is it just for if we order something in KSA through an online company?
Thanks

Aramex will give you an address, and you can have your family send packages to your Aramex address and then they will be forwarded to Saudi. Alternatively, your family can send packages through the US postal service, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.
For items that are inexpensive, I would suggest using USPS because it's cheaper than Aramex. For items you don't want to risk losing, then go with Aramex (or FedEx, or any other reputable company that tracks packages to Saudi).

o Carolina Girl, I couldn't help but notice your name. I will be coming from South Carolina (although I've been teaching in South Korea for the past 7 years) in the next few weeks. I'll be in Dhahran. I am 43 and have a wife (Korean) and a 2 year old son. I'm sure I will be interested in meeting new people when I get there.
