You can do a sea shipment and arrange to have Namma Cargo, East West or Four Winds meet your shipment, clear it through customs and bring it to your house. With a sea shipment you will already be in KSA and have had time to get your iqama by the time it reaches Dammam.
You do not have to go meet your shipment, just arrange with one of the above companies to take care of it for you. You will be able to make those arrangements after you arrive. You just need the paperwork your shipper gave you and your inventory lists. They will need a copy of all that paperwork.

I know that this has been asked a few times already but difficult to follow and vpainter you have sent other details as well.
How easy is it for a sea shipment to be collected by fourwinds at Dammam port and then taken to Abqaiq? I have a good quote to take a small shipment to Dammam port just anxious about the next step. Also what is the approximate cost?
