Should I ask to revise the offer?

I got an offer from Aramco. They basically matched my base salary here, plus some expat premium. They didnt consider the annual bonus i get from my current employer(%16). I emailed and called the recruiter but didnt get a hold of them yet. I saw some people were able to get their offer revised. Would it be possible in my case?
