o All,
I had my interview at London in April. I have traveled from Turkey and stayed there for a night. After end of my travel, I have submitted candidate expense form for my travel and hotel costs. It's been a month since I submitted but nothing happened. I've sent few e-mails to HR representatives but I did not get any response either. Anybody know how the process works?

I was told that it takes approximately 8 weeks to get your expenses back.

I came to Houston from Seattle so my experience has been that it could take as long as 6-8 weeks depending on when the report was submitted. My interview expense check took that long but I got an "estimated costs" check the same day as my Orientation and Medical trip. Other expenses related to the hiring process also took 6-8 weeks.
They typically only cut checks during the payroll cycle which is at the end of the month. Checks usually arrive by the 10th of the month following the cutoff which is the 20th of the previous month. Worst case scenario is them processing your report on the 21st of month "A" which means you would not get a check until the 2nd week of month "C".

Hi Okland,
I have send you a private mail. I presume Aramco workers don't like their details expressed in this forum.
Greetings
