Is it possible for anyone recommend a superb fertility clinic or specialist to me? IVF is extremely costly, thus I would like to know if anyone can direct me to a place/person with a smashing record in Dammam, Al khobar. I've visited Saad and am not particularly over the moon with their professionalism. Does anyone know of their track record?

I don't think Aramco does IVF, but my friend was told that she can get all the preparatory injections at the Aramco clinic. She was going to Dubai for IVF at the Bourn Hall Clinic. There's also a clinic in Riyadh, Sulaiman Al Habib. Some of the clinics in Saudi Arabia will refuse to help you if you're over 40 years old, and some over 45.
