Hi Folks While I'm very excited about joining Aramco. I have a couple of questions and advice will be much appreciated. 3rd week of April – in London interview was done and straight after the interview, I was asked to fill out the application form and submit pay slips as well as passport copies along with education certificates. I see most of the folks getting visa, after completing all the key stages i.e. BI and medical but on my case BI still in progress and visa has been stamped already and little one school approval still awaiting - should be done by next week hopefully... Any one got a visa stamped before BI completed? Interviewed : 23rd April 2013 Passed the Interview : 23rd April 2013 Submitted the pay stub – 23rd April 2013 Received the Offer Letter – 26th April 2013 Visa Medical completed – 3rd May 2013 BI – emailed me for additional documents 14/05/2013 and 23/05/2012 (I think its at the end) Submit Passport to the agency for Visa stamp: 22nd May 2013 VISA granted – 24th May 2013 SA School Approval: Awaiting.. (in progress) anybody from UK Interviewed in April 2013 and would be great help if you could please share your timeline and also anybody got visa granted before the BI completed? Many Thanks

Yes this has happened before. Aramco rep will have to cancel and submit for another visa if it expires prior to all contingencies being cleared.

Hi
I am in a near identical situation,
I had Interview on 19th April 2013 and had my Visa stamped on 24th May and passports returned 29th May but am still waiting for the BI / Medical clearance.
I will post full time line tomorrow but have had orientation, school acceptance just waiting for one final clearance so have a lot of "contained" exitement in our house.
Feel free to PM contact details to me and I will return as hopefully our timelines will continue at a simular pace (and direction!)
I was told that in order to speed things up the company now reserve a block of Visas with the embassy so i guess that if you are very close to passing all the checks your application goes in rather than wait for the next block :?:

Ape, Thanks - by the look of it we are in the same boat - awaiting on BI to get completed. BI agency contacted me twice in May and request extra information which were provided straight away -
I will be based in UDH with family and we got visa stamped including got the visa for my wife and little who both will be traveling with me - sometimes I heard husband must go and obtain Iqama before he can bring his family- but on my case I was allowed a family visa to go all together -
I really do hope Bi get cleared within June so Aramco can give me green signal to hand in 30 days notice to my current employer so I can complete my 30 days notice by the end of July and by Aug we can all fly to KSA.
If not than visa 90 days validity expires around 21st of August. And had to re apply again new visa and not sure if that can cause series problem in regards to visa block.
I will temp based in ABQ due to shortage of housing in UDH

nedian15,
i had interview with 5 people all of them from Saudi arabia and random question regarding experience, current job future role at aramco and your education... it all depends .. time was about 40 min to 1 hour. just be your self and they interview you and make sure you also interview them too.
