All the initial offer will be mainly based on your current base salary. Thus, we are observing quite large spectrum of salary range within same grade code.

Only a few select departments (HR, Payroll, etc) could tell you the exact range. Per policy, we are not supposed to discuss what we make. There is a huge range for each GC with quite a bit of overlap depending on experience, education, starting pay, even nationality.
As was stated, they initial offer is usually based on the pay stubs you provide. For many payrolls there are additional allowances (such as repat) which bump up your pay as well. In the end, look at the benefits, the camps, the lifestyle (good and bad), and the money. If its worth it, great! If not, you can try to negotiate with them, though success varies.
