Hi Everybody,
I have got an offer for an Engineer II position in GC 13 for Uthmaniyah gas plant. My situation is that i am working in Holland for four years now and i was also interviewed in Amsterdam. I still do not have European nationality and i have a Pakistani Passport.
The base salary which has been offered to me is less than what i am earning right now, almost a 1000 euro difference, plus there is no over base also and i am on SAR pay role.
I have got a 13th month pay also and lump sump benefit of 21 % yearly gross. I am not sure if i have been offered the right base salary, because in principle aramco should match my current monthly salary and on top of it there should be some over base, at least that is what was explained to me during the orientation i had after the interview.
my question is that is there any possibility to be considered on Euro pay role while not being a European national when you are working and earning in Europe at the time of recruitment ?
Also, Should i ask them to match my current salary ?
Also it is mentioned in the offer letter that Dental costs are not included in the medical covee, is it something which is applicable to all (irrespective of the pay roll)
