Hi all,
I was earlier contacted by an AOC employee in London for a possible interview in May 2013. However now due to unknow reasons this person in not contactable any more.
I just want to ask if any one else in the forum recently been invited for finance interview in London?

Hi Mr Sami,
Which role did you go for? check if that role is still available and. Have you tried calling the reception and ask if they still have u scheduled for an interview

Hi Ash,
I suppose it was audit role however in his email he only mentioned finance position. I believe that role it still available but the problem is I'm not able to get hold of this person who initially contacted me.
I tried reception but they never find him on his seat and I have tried his direct no too which he never picks.
Are you in finance too and have you given an interview recently?

Yes I recently interviewed and awaiting outcome.
My advice would be to persevere, I take it the person who
Contacted you initially is still in the London office?
if yes then I would send him an email to enquire about there
interest in your application they will most likely reply.
Otherwise don't worry and apply for other relevant roles .
I initially applied in November 2012 and was asked to
interview in May,

I interviewed that week was asked to submit payslips etc the following week. The AOC recruiter mentioned that he was awaiting a date for the second interview, however I have not received any communication since. Anyone in the same situation ?

What role did you interview for? Did you mention that you will have a 2nd interview? When waste last time you had contact with AOC recruiter?
I am note sure if we may have met? Did you interview on the Monday and come from Birmingham?

No I interviewed on Friday for an yst position. Yes I was advised by the interviewers
that there would be a second interview but a date for that has not been communicated
I'd assume that's because of the weekends and bank holidays there's been some sort of
delay. Least I hope that is the case... Which role are you focussing on ? And have you heard
anything?

Thanks for your info. I have a possibility of interview for an F/A in Houston. Can you please advice about the nature of the interview. Was it a panel, how many and from where? Nature of their questions and your overall experience with this interview. Your input will be greatly appreciated.
