I know it require a lot of patience when going through hiring process with Aramco, but is this normal if you are recommended for an employment? Interview : March 14, 2013 in Calgary Request for Payslip : March 21 Send Payslips : March 22 Its almost 45 days and still no offer, I am afraid as it was just a recommendation not an offer, they might have changed your mind

Yes, it is normal. Each time line is different between all the stages. It can be a few weeks to over a year and any where in between. Many factors cause the timeline to prolong.
I encoue you to keep in contact with your recruiter or contact person. Don't be a pest, but do check in on a regular basis every 3 or 4 weeks: with a just checking in conversation.
Do a search on the forum if you haven't on timeline and see other new hires timelines with each stage.

Hi Oilsand,
Did you receive your offer then? I had my interview in London for the position of Electrical Engineer in March & I am still waiting. What position you have applied for & which department?
