I do not think Aramco will give you any assistant regarding selling your house or renting it. As I did ask this question when I came here and they advised me this is ONLY in the US payroll.
I would recommend you not to sell your house just now. You need to complete your probation period first and then if you choose to sell, you can take short leave to put it in the market.
In our case, we have rented our house. We have given the house to a decent Scottish guy who would run it.
If you want I can give you his contact and you can deal with him if you want.
