Wiating time after Job offer and BI clearance

My timeline is quite similar (Timeline topic). Although you cleared BI and medical in Jan probably your agent has been waiting for the visa block.
In April 8 a Visa block has been released with lot of candidates and probably your husband is within this Visa block. Sure KSA Consulate are asking fol VIL letter for visa process which is a letter issued without any delay (in my case I received it along with the Visa block and the ITEA copy - Employment Agreement).
I also heard that it depends on the Consulate requirements, in my case the ITEA signed by Aramco was enough, however others request original ITEA signed by both Aramco and Saudi Chamber of Commerce and here come the delays not from Aramco but from this Saudi authority.
Another delay can come from Visa block job position that you have been asigned, and the degree presented. If Consulate feels that the academic degree does not match job position probably you will be enled for a second Visa block, with another job position (more or less 45 days mean time between visa blocks).
If your visa block has been released, BI and medical cleared and degrees attested so it will be the next few weeks that you receive update about your visa stamp.
