Hi Everyone, I am in the final stages of my Contingencies and to ease the anticipation I was wondering if any out there in the same boat as me and keeping us informed on our BI's would give us more reasons to be patient So please post your BI status as you hear something from your relocation advisors. Just to get this topic started I got an initial contact from my BI agent last week on April 16th, 2013 asking for my present job pay slips and an email from my work email address as a proof that I do work there since I asked in my BI questionnaire to NOT contact my present employer.

Hi to All; I'm confused, the documents BI and medical check must be signed by a notary or notary public. in Quebec, there is no notary public there is a Commissioner of Oaths. 1 - Which is I choose, a notary or commissioner of oaths for these Documents which need the signature of a Notary or notary public. 2 - what is the difference betwwen a notary and notary public?

There is no difference between a notary and a notary public. They are one and the same.
Your Commissioner of Oaths would be your notary, hopefully someone on the forum can tell you for sure.
