Where can I get PAL to NTSC converter from in Khobar or Dammam? I tried eXtra store but they don't carry it.
I need it because my US TV is not working with OSN box, even with HDMI cable.

Thanks for the article. I was under the same impression that I do not need a converter with OSN service-but the fact is otherwise. I read on the forum that few folks are successfully using their NTSC TV sets with OSN without converter. Can someone please put the model name of the OSN box they are using so that I can communicate that to the customer service and then may be they can change it with one that would work

Checking the other threads, I found some posts where people say they can use their US TV with the satellite decoder they have, but they don't specify that it is an OSN box, just a satellite decoder (type unspecified).
I do see several posts where people say that like you, they cannot get a picture from an OSN decoder on their US TV without a PAL-NTSC converter. Several people also mention that they have asked if there is an OSN decoder that can output an NTSC signal, only to be told that OSN does not have such decoders.
Everyone that mentions having a decoder seems to have bought it in the US (or possibly Canada) before coming here. I think your best bet now might be to look on the internet for a merchant that will ship one here.

I have OSN HD box which work perfectly with my US sony TV. When I was coming I was of the impression that I need the converter and brought one with me. I did not have to use it since the OSN box HD with HDMI. I suspect it might also depend on the type of TV. Ask to try the HD box.
