Hi I have read through the threads of discussions and have not been able to find a situation similar to mine. I would appreciate a response. Thank you in advance.
I have recently been offered a position with Aramco on a SINGLE status. I am a married woman with two children. They were aware of my family status when they made the single status job offer. So my questions are (1) How feasible is to negotiate with Aramco to have them change their offer from a single status to a family status? Is this negotiable or it is simply impossible for married women to bring the whole family or at least her children with her to SA? It would be ideal if all four of us to go there, but I will settle to take my children with me initially. (2) if taking your family and/or children with you is not an option for females, how likely is it then married female employes could bring their families to SA later on, after they began work for Aramco? Thank you so much for replying.

There is no negotiation on this matter. Women are not given family status in Aramco.
Your family can visit after you have arrived and gotten your iqama and resident visa.

Perhaps you could consider the possibility of moving your family to Bahrain?
