We have a Kenmore high-tech, high efficiency washer. We are getting error messages and having problems completing wash cycles. Does anyone know a reputable, capable appliance repair shop that might be able to help?

Since it is a Sears I would call Sears (Zaina International). 857-5344 (Khobar) 835-5790
834-7939 (Dammam). These are the phone numbers I have, hopefully one of them is good, I did not call and try them.
There is also Al-Babtain Appliance Repair - I do not know if they repair Kenmore

Aramco Maintenance will work on your washer, they do have a charge when it is not theirs. Call the number for service.

I thought that Aramco Maintenance will work on your appliances for free (free labor), but you must provide any replacement parts.

They changed the rules now. If it's not theirs, the labor is also charged.
