o folks! Is anyone on this forum working in the Internal Audit division or anyone who has to deal with them on regular basis? If so then I have some general questions - please feel free to answer here or if you want it discrete then please send a personal message or email me on pete.black83@gmail.com1) How the working environment is like? Are people friendly and helpful? Do they do lot of long hours? 2) How diversified is the team (i.e proportion of Saudis vs Non Saudis and what other nationalities are in the team) 3) Where are most people from IA division based in - i.e living (Dhahran or Abqaiq?) - I have been told Abqaiq but with a young family I'm really worried about the time daily commute will take. 4) What is the work like - do you get good opportunities to learn about your field etc. Do they get internal trainings and get to sent for external trainings? 5) Last and probably the most important question - if you have about 10 years of experience then what level is appropriate for you to start at (i.e. Auditor I, II or III?) Whats career progress like - so if you join at Auditor I, then how long does it take you to reach the next level? Does it really matter that which of these three levels you work at? I would really appreciate your help in this regard. Even if you have partial info about any one of the questions above then please share as that will be a great help. PB!

Hi Interlocker
Congratulations! I know a few people already working in the IA team and they love, so I'm sure you'll get on well.
Do you mind if I ask a few questions please?
How long did you have to wait between interview and offer? Has the process gone smoothly? Any tips or pointer?
Many thanks
Regards GranGoose

Thanks.Regarding my experience, I'm very pleased with the staff here in London. They are very helpful and the entire process so far has been smooth. It took about 3-4 weeks between interview and offer.
Boleyr and GG please check your inbox as I have sent a PM to both.

Thank you Interlocator and GG. I have a forthcoming interview for Internal Audit and wanted to understand the interview process/specifcs (if possible). I understand that it varies so much but still it's helpful to get some ideas. Unfortunately, I can't PM anyone as still I don't have this privilege. Would appreciate if I can network. My email is bholeyr@yahoo.com. Thanks
