Hi. I finally received my offer yesterday after interviewing in Houston is February. Nowhere in the offer did it detail how vacation time is accrued. If I start my new Aramco job this summer, will I have any vacation time accrued by the end of the year? My family already has a vacation booked for December and I need to figure out if we should reschedule/cancel it or if I will have the opportunity to leave the KSA near the end of the year. Can anyone help me out?

If you arrive in the summer, you will not have any paid vacation before January 1. Although, your supervisor/manager might approve you going on your trip on your dime.

Whilst you will not receive paid vacation, you will be able to accrue 'L' days which you can use to take leave. The amount of days may depend on your grade code but you can probably earn 2 to 3 days every month.
It really depends on when you get here. I accepted my offer in February/beginning of March and it still took another good few months to get medicals, visas etc. It depends on how quickly they need you or how the process goes.
