One thing I have learned is that hiring process with Aramco is kinda slow, so you have to show patience. Visa process can be very fast or very slow depending on what quota you fall in. If the quota is about to get full then you are lucky, but if you just in the start of quota you have wait till it is full for them to process all the visa t the same time.
