The employee must go through IT and set up at home access where available. Ours has supposedly been set up, but still unable to get on.

You can get access to the Corporate Portal from home. I'm not 100% sure the Classifieds are available as I haven't tried it since they came back online but logically, you would expect them to be accessible from home.
Anyway, to get Corporate Portal access, you first have to make a request through CRM. Once it is approved the service will be available after 24 hours. It uses two-factor authentication so you need to make sure your personal mobile number is registered in the system.
It doesn't require any setup before you start but the first time you use it, it will download the Citrix client to your PC. Each time you use the system, after you supply your username and password, it will send an authentication code to your mobile which you then enter to get access.

Well, so much for logic. I just tried logging on to the portal (and actually, you have to enter your logon credentials 3 times and receive 2 SMS codes to get in) but there's no sign of the classifieds that I could see.
You can access your SAP inbox, plus some of the medical, financial and EAP-related links but not much else.

Here is a classifieds being used while the HRonline has not been working: dhahranclassifieds.com/I heard the hronline classifieds is supposed to be back up and running. |
