Have been invited for an interview in the London office in a few weeks time.... And have been asked for pay slips, passport, degree certificate etc - is this normal procedure? Just find it a little weird being asked for all this info even before an interview

Hi!
If you search through the forum you will see is normal to ask all those documents before interview.
My husband had an interview a year ago and is on a process of a second one, and they asked him for all those documents once again.

Sometimes they will have people at the interviews with authority to make offers on the spot so they will need these documents
