Greetings. Anyone knows where I can find in Khobar or Dammad those oil lamps for buffet servers? We brought few of these with us, but couldnt ship the oil lamps. Struggling to find them here - any direction would be helpful. Thanks very much.

Check with the AFS catering and Nesma Catering offices, they may be able to tell you where you can purchase them or sell them to you.

I'm not sure about oil lamps but you can certainly find food warmer candles in various stores here. I haven't looked recently, but I have seen them in company commissaries, in the past.

I believe they are referred to as "tea lights" here in Canada. I know the Ikea store sells them in bags of 100 over here. Perhaps they are available over there as well. Tealights are a little smaller than the containers with gel so that might be an issue from a safety standpoint (stand holding the container may be too big for the tealight)
FYI. One of the popular brand names of the gel variety is Sterno. They may also be available from camping supply stores.
