Book about Working in Saudi Arabia

I came across a book about working in Saudi Arabia. The focus seems to be Riyadh, but there are several mentions of conditions in the Eastern Province and even a little bit about Bahrain. It's called, "Don't Forget to Tape the Toilets: The Missing Employee Orientation Manual for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain."
