Hi all,
I have a question of BI form. Does anybody still remember it asks for highest degree, relevant degrees or all degrees? Is this related to the transcripts for Visa application? I only have my highest transcripts ready, just want to check in advance to see if I need to prepare anything else. Thanks!

o, For BI it is suitable to present all degrees that have been stated in your application form or cv presented for interview. A single copy of your degrees will be enough at this stage. For the Visa application you must present an attested copy of your academic degree that better fits your offered job position. For example if you are a Chemical Eng with Master of Environmental Management and your job position is for a Chemical Engineer so you must present an attested copy of your Eng. degree only. Howerver if your highest degree is MSc in Chemical Eng then there is no prob in presenting this latter. You must ensure that you academic degree is consistent with your job position if not your visa will be prone to delays. Anyway, your reloc advisor will inform you when to initiate the visa process (attestation, paperworks, etc) in the meanwhile ensure your academic degree is consistent with your job position. Good luck!

Thank you very much for your reply! It really helps! I got my highest degree in US. I have it with me. It is a bit hard for me to get my other degrees back from my home country. Do you think it is possible that I can just provide my highest degree for BI? Or it depends and I need to check with the advisor?

o, for BI it is only necessary simple copy of all academic degrees or a letter from university certifying your degree/issue date. In this way you can avoid additional delays during this stage. Anyway, you can only provide a copy of your highest degree and the BI agency will contact your university for confirming your CV educational background. They send an email to the administration department asking for the info you provided in the BI form. best wishes during this process!
