I was extended an offer a few weeks ago. I submitted my offer in writing and then submitted my entire packet about a week ago. I haven't really heard anything at all since then. I do know they recieved the packet of info. Is the next step that I get assigned a relocation advisor?
Or is the next step to just sit patiently and just wait for an email stating that I've passed medical and/or BI?
I know I'll need a good dose of patience throughout this process but my recruiter stated that I needed to be prepared to leave in 60-90 days and I feel like I need some answers!
But I also want to respect the recruiters time and not bug them!'
Thanks for the advice!

The timelines are all normal. Yes, you could possibly leave within 60 to 90 days, but mostly that does not happen. I recommend you call your relocation agent every 2 to 3 weeks and check in. More frequently you may be a pest.
Do search for timelines and read other employees timelines.

I would recommend you contact your recruiter. I was at the same situation and the Fedex docs were showing delivered. After a month, turned out that the docs were delivered to a wrong address or something (they cant find it anyway). So I had to redo the whole thing from scratch. A month wasted...

Madchen,
I would send the recruiter an email requesting him/her to call and try to setup a conference call to discuss specifics. My experience so far with email communication is positive; apparently there is a policy in place not to answer phone calls may be due to the overwhelming number of callers or because of the overwhelming work load they have.
Anyway, good luck.
