Dear All,
Good Day to all !! I am from Sydney (Australia) & this is my first post in this forum. As part of getting recruited for Aramco, i would like to know the process one has to go through. Will it be telephonic interview for me (or) i need to travel to Houston (or) London ? Does my educational degrees/diplomas/certificates needs to be authenticated/attested by the Saudi Embassy in Canberra (Australia) ? How the medical examination is carried out..is there any panel doctors in Sydney, who are authorized to do the same ? How long does it take from the day of interview till the final VISA approval
Thanks & Cheers

Please search for timeline in the forum. You will get an idea of the different timelines that occur in the hiring process, start to finish can be anywhere from a month to over a year and any time in between.
Many interviews are by done by video conference. That may be what is requested of you.
Eventually, there will come a point where your diplomas will need to be authenticated. You will be notified when that needs to be completed.
Hopefully someone from Australia can tell you if there were doctors there who completed the medical.

Hi there, Base on our experience in Australia... For interview purposes, 1. Education certificates: No need to be attasted. 2. Interview process: Via video conference, the agent will arrange everything. Do need to worry. 3. Medical assesment: if you pass the interview, they will give you an offer, along with that you need to fill the forms for Medical assesment and background investigation check. No physical assesment at this stage. For Visa: 4. Visa: Once the BI and Medical assestment complete then you will be moving to the Visa state. Your Education certificate must be attested by saudy embassy from the country where issued your certificate. If you studied in Australia it can be attested by Public notary or police. 5. Family Visa: You need to get your marriage cert attested same of your Education certificate if you want to bring your family.
That is all what I know.
Cheers.

Thanks VPainter, Supriyjo !!!
In my case my interview has been scheduled telephonically.. what types of questions i can be asked ? Regarding attestation of degrees, i have, a Bachelor Degree, a PGDiploma & also a Masters (M.S.) degree.....so when it comes to attestation, do i need to get all of them attested, or only the most highest qualification ?
Also is the Marksheets/Gradecards also needs to be attested from the Saudi Embassy ?
Thanks & Cheers !

Usually it is your highest diploma but they may ask for any they'd like to have and you will be told what needs to be done at the right time in the process.
