Oilfield Drill Site Managers......little help...

I have just finished interviewing with two different groups at Aramco in Houston. Completion and Exploration. My wife and I assume we will be in UDH and was just wonderring on the turn around time in this department (2 wks?/offer), in addition I understand that the compound is smaller. Just a little information on expectations and let/downs. My wife, as I am sure all wives, is trying to scoop all the information she can for us and our two daughters. I sat through the entire presentation on "Life in Saudi" however, they mainly showed the bigger more, luxurious compounds. I need to know a little more about this one and the working conditions in the sand.
