There have been stories to this effect circulating in Dhahran for at least a couple of decades.
Call me cynical if you want, but I'll believe it when I see it..
(Incidentally, I sincerely hope that you're right, it's just that I've had my hopes raised too many times before).

its actually under construction, that is why I have posted.
Watch for the construction going on by the traffic signal of D & Canyon..

The sweet water construction has been going on for a couple of years already in the Hills. They have been working towards main camp for quite some time. Still wouldn't hold your breath.

The construction is in full swing.
I checked with PMT, the completion date has changed quite a bit from this 10/13 to 08/14, mainly due to the added scope of the new houses. I suspect we will see it completed by the end of 2014.
