Anyone with good advise on how to prepare for the first week at the office at Aramco, and the do's and don'ts. This would be much appreciated.

Understand that you are coming to a different country. You are a guest here. This is not your home country and things may be done differently here than what you are used to or the way you think things should be done. Different does not mean bad or wrong.
If you are coming here expecting your experiences to be the same as back home, then you will be disappointed. This is not back home.
If you were hired and brought in with your understanding that you are wanted to make change, that is true. But understand that change takes time and patience. There is a cultural difference here and you can not steam roller through and expect your ideas to be Implemented without question immediately. Change is difficult for people no matter where you live. You must learn to work within the culture you are entering. That may be difficult for you at first, but you can learn and work well in this culture. AGAIN, DIFFERENT DOES NOT MEAN BAD OR WRONG. It is just different than you are used to. Once you can get past your expectations of things being the same as back home, you will be able to settle in and be able to, we hope, to enjoy your time here.
The people who learn to enjoy new experiences and a different culture will prosper here. Those who cannot deal with or handle the differences probably will not last. Those who cannot adjust to living in a country that is not like back home, will probably not last.
It is different, it is a different culture, it is one of the world's largest oil/gas companies and they have the money to do the work, it is a great family atmosphere, it is a great social place, and it is a great place for discovering the world.
Come prepared to have a great adventure, instead of coming to live back home in a different place.
