Dan,
I think Paystubs is compulsory, so as to make the base salary in the new offer.
Aramco is a very particular about the process of recruitment, thats what i know.
Last 2-3 months paystubs will suffice.
INFOSEC applicants: Has anybody received offers, BI/Medical etc ?

Hi Folks,
I was interviewed on Feb 15 for one of SAP positions via skype and it lasted about 20 mins. I contacted my Aramco recruiter last week and he informed me that the outcome of the interview is positive but they have put me on hold as of right now. I really dont know what does that mean. Has anyone gotten the same response in the past?
I'd appreciate the response.

Being put on hold is not unusual, it just means they are not quite ready to fill the position. Those placed on hold usually get an offer sometime in the future. Carry on with your life as though its not coming because the time schedule can be short or long.

Nobody was contacted yet by ASC? I called and sent an email last week to my recruiter but no response. Everything seems to be on-hold. I just want to know whether there is anybody out there who was contacted? This is my third week and starting to get a bit weary.

Based on my conversation with the recruiter, they are quite busy and behind schedule due to hundreds of new applicants. If you haven't heard back, try to call your recruiter if you have his/her number... although they may not answer back, but keep trying with one week interval.
I have not heard anyone (from Feb interviews) getting any final offers at this time (except for one or maybe two individuals).

o all, new to the forum. I also went to Houston on the 15th. I got my offer yesterday. I am still going through all of it and i will have a sheet of questions for my recruiter on Monday. Has anyone else gotten an offer yet? I applied for 1 job, but the offer letter has a different le for the position, is this common? Is it maybe an internal name rather than the job board?

Hi Roku,
Congratulations, hope the offer is worth it. I haven't heard anything back yet and my hope is starting to fade out :cry:
I will send yet another email on Monday and see if I get any reply back. I was interviewed for IT security job and that's all what I care about, not really wishing to think about changing to a different field.
Anyways, I will see if there is any news 2 in the next couple of weeks or so then I will just give up.

Roku, sometimes you applied for one position, interviewed and they realize your credentials are suited for a different position they have available. Sometimes it is same job, different le according to what department you are in.
Ask for clarification from your Aramco contact.

Hi, I had my phone interview today. I had some ambivalence but my interview was about 45min, but it was a good exchange. I hope to see the email requesting my pay stubs and or an offer  c. Anyway this forum has been great so far and appreciate the commentary. |

Hi Dan, This is roku's wife. Sorry for the late reply. My husband couldn't access his account and been very busy with work / school. He counter-offered and they gave him a revised offer and now he is waiting for it. We hope that you will get your offer soon too! Like they say, no news is good news Good luck! |

I've never heard from anyone again..
however I was contacted by a contractor about working here ( and am currently on site working in a SOC)
be it as they had to approve my credentials before coming here i'm not entirely sure what happen ..
That being said what is there to do in DHA or khobar.. i'm starting to get bored.

I think about 95% of this board (maybe more) have used the Saudi Aramco site to apply. There are some that have said they have inside connections, but for the most part everyone applies online.
