I know if my parents come to KSA on a visit visa than they can also travel to perform Umrah. But I want to know about the time at which Hajj restriction applies. Beacuse before and after the Hajj period, no Umrah visa will be given out for some months (don't know the exact time period). Is this restriction also applies to the person who is already in KSA on visit visa or they can perform Umrah at any time.
One more question, is Aramco also restrict/limit the visit visas in that time period like from Ramdhan till Eid ul adha?
