Word on the street the sweet water meters will be installed in every house by end of the year. I hope this is an indication that sweet water will be available in a year or two. Keeping my fingers crossed  |

Sounds like a good way to be able to pinpoint which houses are using an unusual amount of sweet water, i.e., people who monkeyed with their pipes.
