I have a question...should have asked our relocation officer but completely slipped. So we have completed the medical and BI, recently sent the visa medical report and tests to a medical representative in Houston...(visa medical was done in Canada). and the Passports and visa application was sent to our relocation officer.
Question is who or when does it get stamped and how? The medical representative looks at the results and says yes or she sends them to the Embassy where someone, hopefully a doctor goes over the results, requests the passports from the Relocation officer and then stamps it?? or were we suppose to send the passports to the medical representative as well??
My husband who is actually the applicant is least perturbed by the whole process; his motto, if it's meant to be it will get stamped. However, for me it is mind boggling the who, how and when scenario.
anyone? thanks

Hi, I have a slightly different experience, after sending the forms required for the Aramco medical check to Houston, and getting cleared, I was asked to travel to Houston to do the medical exams needed for the Visa, when you are in Houston you do two things, the orientation and the medical tests needed for the visa, if you do it in Houston they do everything for you, you don't need to worry about anything. They put your passport along with the visa application, and the Aramco doctor report in an envelope and send it to the embassy. This was my experience, my wife experience will be different, it will be similar to yours.
She cant travel to Houston because of the kids, she is asked to get the medical report from her doctor after she's done with all lab work then to: fax or scan the medical report form and results to Aramco before obtaining the College of Physicians and Surgeons stamp so they make sure all the requirements have been met. After you get Aramo Ok, you send the medical report to the college of Physicians and Surgeons. After you get it it back stamped you send it to Aramco ( they ask to send the medical release too)
College of Physicians and Surgeons 2700,10020-100 Street Edmonton, AB T5J 0N3 PH 780-423-4764 College of Physicians and Surgeons 80 College Street Toronto, M5G 2E2 PH 416-967-2617
How long you think your visa will take after you send everything to Aramco and they apply for your visa?

I understand from HR that we can expect Visa in 10 days, most of old posts talked about longer visa processing time.
