This is my third attempt at posting a topic... if a moderator is reading this and the previous one has come through, delete this one please, internet went wonky as I was posting.
I assume Saudi Arabia does not recognize defacto / common law relationships for visa purposes.
For argument sake, if I get an offer, will they withdraw an offer if the marriage date is in the past few weeks? (we have kids together). Will they accept a marriage certificate from people with two different last names? (she would like to keep hers).

KSA will not recognize common law relationships. You need a marriage license to show proof of marriage. It will not matter what the date is on that license.
Yes they do accept a marriage license with husband and wife having different names. I have friends here that the wife has kept her last name.
