Can someone in the forum please provide the minimum/maximum size of homes in the Dhahran campus? Also it would be benefitial to newcomers if you provide some correlation between the gc level and the size of home that you may expect in day1?

The house assignment depends on many factors such as marital status, number of family members, availability and which camp. I believe the normal large houses are 3 bedrooms...although I was told that there are some 4 and 5 (rare cases that need special prior approval). I have a family of 5 (3 kids) and I was assigned a three bed-room house in DH.

Some people also repurpose rooms such as studies to use as small bedrooms, or make a breakfast room into a den, stuff like that. Other people add on living space off the patio or finish their gae. There are various options to consider once you arrive and see what your specific home configuration looks like.

Houses are not assigned based on grade code. Houses are assigned based on family size. You can have a much higher graded family in a smaller home because they don't have kids and a low graded family in a larger because they have numerous kids.
