I just started to look at an opportunity just wondering how long it takes for them to start the process of interviewing after sending the CV. Also do physicians usually require Arabic language proficiency? I guess ARAMCO patient population is pretty diverse and international but since my specialty is Psychiatry just wondering if someone has any input.

You can do a search on "timeline" in the forum and see many employees timeline for going through the hiring process. These are current postings. The timeline is different for everyone but all take patience.
Not all doctors speak Arabic, but do pick it up. There are at least a few of the psychiatry doctors and counselors who do not necessarily speak Arabic. Again, I think they pick it up and take some of the adult education Arabic classes for medical personnel that Aramco offers.
