Hi Dan!
I think that if you have been told verbally that you were successful after the interview it's only a matter of time before you get the job offer. I got mine exactly 5 weeks after my interview but the timelines do vary as you may have noticed from other posts. All decisions I have been told repeatedly are made in Dhahran and there are multiple people involved in creating the offer- any one of whom could be away on holiday or unavailable for whatever reason so even if they want you there there is no set time frame. Let it take its own course and enjoy the ride!-easier said than done.
I have finally got the visas and have received the tickets for end Dec so yes am in the final lap here before I start this new chapter in my life. Good luck with your Aramco journey.

o everyone!
I was wondering if there is anyone who was interviewed in London in Nov 2012. Have you heard anything back from Aramco. During the interview I was advised that they should come back at the beginning of Jan 2013.
Please share with your updates.
many thanks

o everyone,
I rang my recruiter ASC London. He advised that the decision on the postion which I applied (in finance) has not yet been made and it should be clear by end of Jan.
Will Aramco also advise if the candidate is unsuccessfull?

Hi, I applied for an IT position in October 2013 and still have not heard back from Aramco. I was wandering if you could pass me the telephone number for the AOC London office. The one on their website goes straight to voicemail. Thanks

No numbers given out on the forum. I also do not know a number except the one found on their website.
They usually get back to you when they have something to tell you.

Hi All -
I have a quick question with relation to receiving the offer. People have mentioned that first you receive an email and then offer is sent in post with a deadline to revert in 8 days!
I am curious to know if the full offer is emailed, and the same is sent in post, or if email is just a notification that the offer will be put in post?
I am waiting for a decision - but am also traveling for 2 weeks on holidays and wanted to understand if I can potentially loose the option for accepting the offer if they were to post it at my address while we are away?
Thanks!

A notification of the offer will be sent by email with partial details. The written offer with all the paperwork will be sent out and usually arrives after the email.
If you need to be traveling, just let your recruiter know.
Many times offers take a while to be received, so go on your trip and enjoy it.

Hi
I called the HR contact in London today to remind him that I'll be away from mid this week for the next couple of weeks.
The HR contact informed me that my paper work has been received from Saudi and its now with the relocation team who would contact me!!
I am assuming that the relocation team is the one who sends out the contract? decision? (I've not been told if I've been successful or rejected!!)
The HR contact indicated that I should receive an email with details in the next 48 hours. However that cuts it real fine as I'll be ready to board a plan after 48 hours.
The HR contact also informed me that in the event of an offer, the full offer will be emailed and acceptance can be given by email as well. What is sent in post is just a print of all that comes in the email - is this correct?
The HR guy is new and been with Aramco for 3 months... so not sure if he has full appreciation of the "unique" process here ....
Anxiously waiting for some advice please!
Thanks

In certain circumstances, the full offer can be emailed.
Tough while traveling, but keep in email contact with recruiter about it.
