Dear members,
Could anyone share with me, how can we get family moving to KSA together same time with their husband. My relocator told me that almost unlikely to have the family depart at the same time. Your responses much appreciated.
Kind regards

o to everyone! I am a newbie here and it is great to know about this forum with loads of information that is available for everyone to view and to comment. Kudos to the moderator and to all members who keep on posting!
About my BI, it has been in progress since Sept 11. At the moment, I am getting anxious of waiting for the result but after reading the recent post of KH78, she inspire s me to be more patient with the situation. Congratulations to you KH78 and to everyone who are already cleared with their BIs & Visas.
As soon as my BI is okay, I can start preparing, packing and set my mind about ARAMCO.

Joko, unfortunately, some employees are having to work out their probation before family can come over. Unless you can get an exception to whatever policy is being followed, I don't know of a way around it. You will have to work with your Relocation agent and submit in writing your request for an exception for your family to arrive with you.

Exceptions are asked for by the group you are being hired into. If you have a contact person from your interview, speak to them.

There are a LOT of visa threads out here to update! Got my call today. Dated last week. FINALLY reached our last major hurdle to get us on the way.
Looking forward to some of that Canadian BBQ!
Best of luck to all of you who are still in the pipeline. ASC will come through for you...it just takes time.

The Saudi Embassy website says the visa processing time for Canadian Citizen is 10 days starting from the day the fully completed application is registered at the consulate services. ( click on the link below to read the full article : embassies.mofa.gov.sa/sites/cana ... fault.aspx ) I guess things are moving faster now?
