Thanks once again for answering my previous questions. We have few more things to sort out before our big move. WE (family of 4, girl 8y, boy 2y) are scheduled to arrive on Sep 5th (afternoon). So, will have more days to rest over weekends. Appreciate your response to following questions..
1. Any one recommend a good mail forward service (credit card docs, package from amazon etc). Someone mentioned MyUS.
2. Do you setup VPN over there or do it here first. I am thinking about strong vpn but you need to buy a router ($169) from them. will a regular router (already have one) work with multiple devices like ipad, ipod, laptop etc.
3. Have a old Garmin GPS maps with US, Canada. Shall I buy a new one over there or buy middle east maps?
4. Daughter will be going to third grade. Is there any way we can contact the school. She will miss first few days of school. She is worried about her new school, hope makes good friends soon. 5. Any one shipped small led tv (32") on ebox?
6. Do we get a house number from relocation advisor? Or dimensions for room? what is the usual master bed side. Can we fit king bed with night stands easily?
8. Any last munities advice or items before we move or ship our stuff?

1) Not sure about I have heard about MyUS. We have ours go to family & they sort for us & let us know about important mail & we determine if they should forward to us.
2) Set up before you come. You may want the one that will allow for several computers to be on but not necessary.
3) That would be up to you. It can be done either way. We have a separate one of SA while friends have one that has SA and US maps on.
4) Don't worry about the school...they should already have your info & know when you are arriving. You can go to the school the 1st weekday (Saay) and let them know you are in Kingdom. They will let you know what to do.
5) Yes we did ship a small flat screen TV in our ebox. Mainly to serve as a hook up for the dvd player & xbox system til we got satellite set up when we bought a TV here locally.
6) I don't think the location advisor has that info. A co-worker got our keys & he was the one that met us at the airport & then took us to our house. We're in RT & not sure if that's how the other camps & divisions do it. This would depend on house type but I think for the most part (at least the homes I have seen) yes a king bed would fit with night stands.
Hopefully that helps & not sure how much feedback you'll get as our internet service is down here at Aramco. We have a mobile broadband usb so we could get internet until the problem is fixed.

I can only answer a few of these.
You can buy the Middle East maps here at a store by the IKEA for 500 SR that will work on your US Garmain. THat is what we did.
The schools do know your daughter is coming but they will not let her start until she has a TB test done. You can do it in the States and bring the okay from the doctor which they will accept so she can start as soon as you get here.
A king size bed and bed stands should fit in all the homes without a problem.

I have a question about packing stuffed animals in my shipment. Is it allowed? As the itemized packing list says its prohibited? I heared that unless you have stuffed pig character then it is fine? I read on the forum that the prohibited imported list has been updated, is this true? Also my pictures an videos should I pack them in the e-box or take them in my suitcases? Are toy guns allowed? Thank you for your advice and response!

I would be shocked if you had trouble with stuffed animals as you can buy them all over the place in Saudi

Stuffed animals are fine. My daughter brought tons of them. Tip: Put them in a space vacuum bag .
